Q. Where do I submit my ID for age verification?
A. Please submit it here. MeetMeetNow visually verifies that users are over 18 using their ID. Submit an official ID that can verify your age, such as a driver’s license, health insurance card, passport, or resident registration card. Users who do not submit an ID, submit false information, or are under 18 cannot use the service.
Q. Where can I change my email address?
A. If you want to change your email address, please delete your existing account and create a new one here.
Q. What should I do if I don’t receive the account confirmation email?
A. If you don’t receive the account confirmation email that should arrive when you register, try resending it here. The confirmation email will come from noreply[@]meetmeetnow[.]com. It’s possible that the confirmation email was filtered into your spam folder. Please check and try again after disabling the spam filter.
Q. I can’t sign in to my account. What should I do?
A. If you can’t sign in to your account because you forgot your password, click here and reset your password.
Q. I want to update my account. Where can I do that?
A. Click here to change the information and then press the save button.
Q. Can I delete my account?
A. Click here and tap on the “Delete” option. This will delete your account.
Q. Can I strengthen the security of my account?
A. For enhanced account security, we provide two-factor authentication (2FA). Activation is optional, but we highly recommend it to make your account more secure. Even if someone malicious guesses your account password, they will not be able to access your account. Click here and tap “Enable 2FA”.
Q. How much is the monthly fee?
A. You can check here. Only men are charged a monthly fee. Women can use all services for free. Men can date as many times as they like within the month after paying the monthly fee.
Q. Can I get a refund?
A. Refunds or returns of the monthly fee are not possible. Please be aware.
Q. When is the payment due?
A. After you pay the monthly fee on MeetMeetNow, you will be charged again on the same day of the following month. Once you pay the monthly fee, you can date as many times as you want that month.
Q. Where can I view my payment history?
A. You can view it here. You can also view your payment history on the official PayPal website (https://www.paypal.com).
Q. What payment methods are available?
A. PayPal, credit cards, and debit cards are available. (Some card brands may not be available depending on your region or country.)
Q. Are there any costs required to use the service other than the monthly fee?
A. Since MeetMeetNow integrates PayPal as a payment provider, your payment will be automatically converted from your local currency to USD, and exchange fees will apply. Additionally, internet connection costs and other necessary internet usage fees may apply. If you are using a mobile device, packet communication charges may occur.
Q. Can I pay using methods other than PayPal, credit card, or debit card?
A. Basic payments like cash or bank transfer are generally not possible. However, depending on your country, bank transfers might be available through PayPal.
Q. Where are my dating partners displayed?
A. Your dating partners will be displayed here. Images of dating partners are overwritten, so past dates will not be displayed.
